Some mistakes were made! France tried to build a fleet in Paris (it is not a coastal province). England tried to build a fleet in Wales (there is no supply center). Monseiur Judd, the reason you did not recive the aforementioned fleet is because Paris is not a coastal province. However, I did request a Venizian army and a Naplean Fleet, So I don't know how Patrick assumed I wanted a fleet in Venice. Could you reply to the email you thought was my build request?
