Is it possible to anagrammatize a phrase by independently finding anagrammatic solutions for each word in the phrase. No letter switching between words when anagrammerizing is permitted.

Ideally the resultant phrase should be meaningful; however, a phrase which has correct syntax but is nonsense is also acceptable (with less kudos given of course).
